Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy

At Retromen.in, our main goal is to guarantee our customers’ satisfaction and provide them with the best possible experience. To ensure that you receive the correct and high-quality products, our team of experienced professionals conducts a thorough check of the fabric’s quality, color, and quantity according to your order number and code before dispatching it to you. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product or the service provided, we offer a hassle-free return process. Our Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy are designed to make your shopping experience with us as convenient and satisfactory as possible.

– You may change/cancel your order if it is not yet processed. To do so, please get in touch with us at shopping@retromen.in with your order number and your request.
– International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to certain custom duty norms and policies of each country.
– All our products undergo through quality checks before delivery, still you find that the product is damaged, kindly email us the picture/s of the product within 48 hours from the order receipt.
– We quality control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at shopping@retromen.in and we will take care of the rest.
– We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in case of return/exchange, within 1-5 working days for domestic orders only (India). Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pin code is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost and we will reimbursed it along with your refund.
– If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. If you had selected COD at the time of placing order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 1 – 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.
– Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be credited if the order is returned by you.
– In case of multiple orders, a single product is returned and coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
– The details of the product (for instance weight, color, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only the approximate values. Slight variation on the actual color is possible from how it appears on the website. We assure you regarding the quality of our products.
– Our Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or return/exchange.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or will be added to your retromen wallet, within 1-15 days.

Note : You may not receive the exact amount you request due to bank charges which may be deducted by our bank as well as yours.

Exchanges

– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopping@retromen.in
– In case if you want a bigger or smaller size, you will have to pay for the shipping.
– Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

Shipping returns

– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– The customer have to pay the return courier charges in case of return or exchange.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Extra charges may apply for cancelling prepaid orders. (To avoid charges we recommend you to choose refund through your retromen.in Wallet) Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same. Once the cancellation made, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by retromen.in
